Our district is so blessed to have a wonderful child illustrator in our midst. Arianna Mercado, daughter of Gary and Melissa Mercado, drew the Ligaya Story. With the likes of Direk Eric Teotico and the voice talent lent by Xandro Hizon, an awesome, God-inspired animated story of our community has arisen.
