Intercession

I received this text this morning:

"Intercession is the hardest work in the world -
the giving of one's self, time, strength, energy and attention
to the needs of others in a way that
no one but God sees,
no one but God will do anything about and
no one but God will ever reward you for."

The rewards are awesome - to hear that a sister is finally pregnant after eight years of waiting, the healing of a friend's cancer, improvement in an autistic daughter's social skills, a mother-in-law's change of heart in dealing with her son's wife.

And that was just for others.

Imagine what the rewards are for yours.

Join us for our first Intercessory Prayer session for the year on January 24, 2009 at the Meralco Lineman's Training Center, 7:30-9 am.  There will be a breakfast fellowship after at the main building's canteen, 9-10am. See you there.
